Annual Maintenance & Support

We strongly recommend that both existing and new customers take advantage of the extensive cover provided by a maintenance & support agreement as early as possible.

A maintenance & support agreement entitles you to free product upgrades and unlimited email and telephone support. We have also recently added web-based remote control support to this valuable package.

A maintenance & support agreement not only ensures that your investment in computer telephony is protected, but it is also a solid investment in the ongoing development and enhancement of the products you rely upon in your business.

Prices

The price is 41.50 USD per licensed user, per year.

(If you have multiple products on the same machine there is no additional charge. i.e. that machine is treated as having one user licence. There is, however, a minimum charge of 90.00 USD per site.) We believe that this represents excellent value for money and is strongly recommended for existing customers.

As an alternative for corporate users, time-based support is available at a cost of 100.00 USD for 60 minutes. Please call 800-806-5288 if you are interested in this option and we will take care of this for you.
